| Who We Are |
The source of our vision at North Monroe St. can certainly be found in Psalms 2:8 "Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession". Jesus undergirds that scripture with His own words in Mark 16:15, " And he said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned".
Our dream is for these scriptures to become a reality as we embrace the vision God has given us... "A center for Evangelism...touching the hearts of men at home and abroad with the love of God!"
Our vision at North Monroe St. is that we will be a spirit-filled congregation that permanently changes lives... locally, nationally, and throughout the world be proclaiming the uncompromising Word of God.
Our focus is on having a dynamic church that reaches out to the lost and hurting with the love of Jesus Christ. We diligently strive to utilize all of the resources the Lord has provided to minister to the needs of our community, our nation and throughout the world.
Our honesty and integrity are of utmost importance and everything we do reinforces our commitment to the highest moral, ethical and biblical values.
Everyone is welcome at North Monroe St. and we want each person to feel loved and an important part of our church. Our goal is that each of us will exhibit the fruits of the spirit and that the Holy Spirit will be an integral part of our daily lives. With His divine direction, we continue to pursue His vision. We invite you to be a part of plan the God has for your live.

| What To Expect |
Our services begin with a mix of, contemporary praise and worship music and traditional Hymns. We encourage everyone to participate.
You’ll notice that we devote a lot of time to worship. Worship isn’t just filler before the sermon—it’s the reason we come together! It’s a powerful and personal way to connect our hearts with God. You’ll also notice a lot of variety in how people participate in the worship time: some sit, others stand, some raise their hands. How you respond to God in worship is up to you; all we ask is that you go after God with all your heart, giving Him your very best. You will hear a relevant life changing sermon each week that will inspire and challenge you. We be believe that the Word of God is life changing.
