Group permissions are a system that allows various members to have different levels of control over various objects in the system that are owned by the group. To assign permissions to a member simply check or uncheck the appropriate options and that user will then have access to those features.
You may also assign members of your group to permissions groups that you create. By assigning members to a permissions group you can change permissions for several members at once. When you alter the settings for the permissions group all members of that group will be given the appropriate permissions as well. There is also a special permissions group for each group in the system called the Super Admin. This permissions group always gives its members full control over the group.
