Financial assistance Information
Membership Rates
Facility membership fees include a one-time joining fee and monthly membership dues. The membership must be continuous and not lapse for more than 30 days.
Payment Methods
Bank Draft: An easy way to pay as you go! Your: Savings is debited once a month
Annual Payment: Dues may be paid in full upon yearly thereafter. Payment is accepted via cash, credit card.
